Knowing Querétaro and its history is an excellent plan to start a tour of Mexico since its capital is declared a World Heritage Site in addition to being considered a Colonial Treasure. This beautiful state is rich in history and culture, it has four sites that are part of the Cultural Heritage of Humanity list by UNESCO, as well as 6 Magical Towns.

The National Survey of Victimization and Perception of Public Safety (ENVIPE) 2021 shows that the victimization of households in Querétaro has a slight decrease in the criminal prevalence. While at the national level it is positioned as one of the safest states for its inhabitants.
