• All our prices are expressed in National Currency.

• In case of contracting accommodation services, the selected hotel or one of a similar category is offered.

• The prices indicated are informative and must be confirmed before purchasing.

• A minimum of 2 passengers is required to operate the tours within the City of Querétaro and the Cheese and Wine Route.

• A minimum of 4 passengers is required to operate the tours to the different municipalities such as Amealco, Colon, Sierra Gorda and San Miguel de Allende.

• All services are shared.

• The meeting point to start the tours is at the Zenea Garden, located at Av. Corregidora and Calle 16 de Septiembre, 30 minutes before the departure time indicated in the itinerary.

• If you require private service in the tours, there is a supplement of 25% of the rate indicated in each service.

• The mentioned hotels are subject to availability, in the case of not having space, another of a similar category will be offered. The client will decide whether to accept the proposal or decide for another proposed hotel. 

• They are considered minors from 2 to 11 years old, from 12 years old they already pay as adults.

• Rate does not apply on holidays and unofficial days, bridges and vacation periods. Subject to a supplement of 25% per person.

• The reservation must be covered in its entirety to guarantee the services. Preferably, 5 days prior to the start of the services.

• When reserving more than 30 days in advance, you can reserve with 30% of the total amount of the reservation, settling before the 5 days prior to the start of the services.

• Last minute reservations are required a minimum of 24 hours in advance in writing, subject to availability.

• To issue the Traveler Insurance Policy, a copy of the Official Identification (INE or passport) of each client is required, as well as an emergency contact. An email and/or WhatsApp number is also required to send the corresponding policies.

• The client must present an official identification when registering at the hotel and with the tour coordinator.

• The type of unit will depend on the number of participants, all of tourist quality.

• The itineraries may undergo changes without prior notice, due to the weather conditions of the destinations or due to external events that are beyond our control, which may change or delete the places available.

• Lodging in the Sierra is at the Misión Jalpan or Concá Hotels and the selection will be according to availability.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS POLICIES

In low season:

• Changes 2 days or more before the departure date WITHOUT charge.

• Changes 1 day before the departure date will have a charge of 100% of the value of the tour.

• Cancellations 3 days or more before the departure date WITHOUT charge.

• Cancellations 2 days prior to the departure date will have a charge of 25% of the value of the tour.

• Cancellations 1 day in advance or the day of the departure date will have a charge of 100% of the value of the tour.

In high season:

• Changes 8 days or more prior to the start date of the services WITHOUT charge of the value of the tour.

• Changes 7 to 3 days before the start date of the services will have a charge of 25% of the value of the tour.

• Changes with 2 to 0 days prior to the start date of the services will have a charge of 100% of the value of the tour.

• Cancellations 8 days or more before the start date of the services WITHOUT charge of the value of the tour.

• Cancellations with 7 to 3 days prior to the start date of the services will have a charge of 50% of the value of the tour.

• Cancellations 2 to 0 days prior to the start date of the services will have a charge of 100% of the value of the tour.
